metro access helpful staff sparkling water fast check-out
I really enjoyed the location near the metro. It made getting around very simple. the staff were very helpful. They offered assistance whenever needed. i also appreciated the free sparkling water refill from reception. A great perk! the early check-in and fast check-out were helpful too.
the room floors were not cleaned daily, even after i asked.

great access sparkling water early check
the location offered easy access to transportation. i refilled my water bottles with sparkling water from reception, helpful. i also liked that they accommodated early check-in and fast check-out. it.
the elevator was tiny. it was difficult to fit multiple people inside at once.

the location was convenient with bus, tram, and metro access nearby. i appreciated the modern amenities. refilling water bottles with sparkling water at reception was a nice touch, i thought (it saved me money).
My room was quite small. i managed (it was still functional).

stuck heater non-functioning tv
the location was convenient to the metro. it made getting around easy enough.
The room was way too hot. The heater seemed stuck on 25 degrees, and i couldn't turn it off. i asked about the air conditioning, but nothing happened, we had to keep the window open constantly. the tv didn't work well either.
