The hotel location is great as it is close to the metro, bus, and tram stations. The neighborhood had many bakeries and restaurants. I loved that the staff explained where to get essentials and gave helpful travel tips. I could refill my bottles with sparkling water for free from reception.
The elevator WAS really tiny. It was difficult to get luggage inside.

I really enjoyed the location near the metro. It made getting around very simple. the staff were very helpful. They offered assistance whenever needed. i also appreciated the free sparkling water refill from reception. A great perk! the early check-in and fast check-out were helpful too.
the room floors were not cleaned daily, even after i asked.

the location was convenient to the metro. it made getting around easy enough.
The room was way too hot. The heater seemed stuck on 25 degrees, and i couldn't turn it off. i asked about the air conditioning, but nothing happened, we had to keep the window open constantly. the tv didn't work well either.
